Catalog Guard securely reviews the Shopify product CSV and optional original export you select. We do not receive their contents.
Files and scan results
Your selected files are used to generate scan results and downloads. We do not receive, store, or inspect their contents or row-level findings. If you email a file to support yourself, that email and attachment will be handled by the email providers involved.
Payment verification when checkout becomes available
Google sign-in provides your stable Google account identifier and verified email address. We store those with an internal account ID. We do not receive your Google password, inbox, contacts, or Drive files. Short-lived sign-in state and a hashed session token support secure access; an essential HttpOnly cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. You can sign out and return using Google.
We store account-linked Dodo checkout, customer and subscription IDs, billing status, and timestamps to restore access and prevent duplicate purchases. The monthly subscription does not require transmitting CSV fingerprints, names, contents, or findings. Dodo processes your checkout email and billing information; we do not receive full card details. Accounts and billing records are retained to provide access, handle refunds, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact support for deletion or access requests; some billing records may need to be retained. Expired sign-in state and sessions are removed during sign-in.
Hosting and support
Cloudflare may process ordinary connection data such as IP address and request metadata to serve and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure website visits and page performance. Our analytics integration does not send CSV names, contents, scan findings, or account email addresses. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use analytics cookies or track visitors across websites. See Cloudflare's data collection documentation. The sign-in cookie is essential for account access. If you email support, we use your email address and message to reply.
